Building
Ad-launch infrastructure Active

The backend behind FabFunnel and Lookfinity — one campaign configuration fanned out across every major ad network, at roughly 200,000 ads a day across 100+ ad accounts. Current focus: making idempotency and retry behaviour boring enough that nobody thinks about them.

AI creative generation Active

Video and image creative on self-hosted GPU infrastructure with ComfyUI pipelines, plus video hashing to stop near-duplicates crowding out the leaderboard. Always shipping.

Odoo apps Live

108 apps on the Odoo App Store, each with a narrated demo video. Same lesson as the extensions: shipping was the easy half. Now partner outreach and store search.

Duckout & Formseed Live

Two of the three extensions shipped this year. Now the harder half: getting them in front of the people they were built for.

Learning
Agentic AI patterns

Deep in LangGraph and multi-agent orchestration. Studying where autonomy genuinely helps and where it just adds complexity and cost.

Distribution & go-to-market

Building is the easy part. Actively learning how products actually find their users — store listing SEO, communities, product-led growth. The extensions are the sandbox for it.

Chrome extension platform

Manifest V3, service workers and on-device storage. Still learning what the platform does to you after launch — review cycles, permission warnings, update rollout.

Thinking About

Where the real difficulty sits in ad-platform work. It is never the API call — it is idempotency, partial failure and the fact that every network models the same campaign slightly differently.

AI as leverage vs. AI as crutch. Where the human eye still matters in engineering and where it is just ego. Trying to be honest with myself about the line.

What the right team structure looks like for a two-product engineering org on shared infrastructure. Specialisation vs. fungibility.

Lately
Shipping small on purpose

The extensions are deliberately tiny — two permissions, no servers, no telemetry. It is a useful constraint to practise when the day job runs at a very different scale.
